I’m Kellie Beaumont, founder and get-it-done leader at Released.
My clients like me for my straight-talking, no-fluff approach. I provide solid business support and advice, backed by my extensive knowledge of the trade, service and franchise world.
Using technology to find new ways to get your work done faster and better is my guilty pleasure. As is figuring out solutions to your gnarly problems.

Raewyn brings a wealth of experience to the operations manager role, with a varied work history that includes management in the horticulture industry, kitchen design, running a successful landscaping business, and business advisory for the Hire a Hubby franchise group.
Her key skills are in relationship building, process and procedure writing, providing structure and accountability, business goal setting, and cashflow management.
Raewyn’s role is to guide and support both our team and our clients, delivering a warm and professional experience for all.

Lou is a leader, lover of invoicing, and “assertive organiser”. She’s also a woman of many hats, working her administrative magic both for our clients to ensure they are nurtured for success, and the Released team as a whole as she takes care of time tracking in Harvest. She’s passionate about payroll and also driven by improving the hauora/overall wellbeing of the people she works with. A real treasure in our team!
Boasting a pen collection that’s truly a sight to behold, Lou is one of those people everyone wants in their office: friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer any questions or throw ideas around.
POD Leader | Marketing & Design
Our marketing and design POD leader, Christina, has a bachelor of business in marketing and management and broad experience in the field. Her specialty is making brand and social media dreams come true for our clients. She’s easy to bounce ideas off, and knowledgeable in SEO, digital marketing practice, good design, and all things branding.
Christina can usually be found at Released HQ putting in hours to make our clients (and ourselves) look good on the web. Her attractive designs brighten up inboxes and social media channels just as she brightens up the office with her smile and spectacular dress sense!
POD Leader | Bookkeeping Specialist
A senior and experienced bookkeeper, Terrena has 30 years on the job experience and a small business accounting certificate. She is also one of our POD leaders, at the helm of a small team with similar expertise who create all kinds of organisational magic for a variety of small businesses.
She’s an expert at taming hot messes, a valued sounding board for her clients, and a beloved, fun team member. There’s nothing Terrena loves more than taking disorganised books, getting them in ship shape, and putting systems in place to make sure they don’t return to their original state.

Anna has had many years working in communications with a varied client base, so a few words, documents and great client connections float her boat.
Her working background started in public relations with an emphasis on document creation, jumping next into Quality Systems where her love of processes excelled.
Her happy place when not trying to wrestle 4 growing kids to the next adventure is a quiet corner with a book.
Hannah Irwin
POD Leader | Pricing Specialist
Hannah's superpower and specialty is pricing, and she has a background that covers everything from administration through to quantity surveying and management. Her passion for helping our construction clients streamline their systems results in many happy business owners! Many of our clients have their business running smoothly thanks to her careful oversight.
Hannah and her POD provide tailored support that keeps projects on track! Her skills and leadership are assets to our team.
In her spare time, Hannah's happy at home in South Head: pottering in the garden, trying her hand at home projects, and enjoying her friends and family.
Sarah's friendly demeanour and hard work is a game changer for small business owners seeking support! She specialises in ServiceM8 and works closely with many of our electricians and service-based businesses that use this popular JMS.
Her passion for supporting our clients and their customers means that every interaction leads to an amazing customer experience. You'll often find Sarah brightening up Released HQ: on calls with our clients' customers, overseeing the activities of her POD, or generally being a right-hand woman for some lucky tradespeople.
Outside of work, Sarah's a runner, a mum, and a whole lot of fun. We're very lucky to have her, and so are our clients!

Kelly Fraser is a Software and Payroll Specialist, working alongside Bronwyn in FreeUp. She has been a finalist in the “Top Team Member” category in the NZ VA Awards, has risen to numerous challenges during her time with Released, and is a cornerstone of the team with great communication skills.
She specialises in Fergus, supporting an array of clients who use this homegrown software. Streamlining processes is her jam; she’s all about efficiency and making sure that everyone can go home and spend time with their loved ones at the end of the day!
FreeUp | Software Specialist
Bronwyn is a Software Specialist and works in ServiceM8, Xero, Fergus, Simpro, BuildXact and Buildaprice software systems. She also has a certificate in bookkeeping.
With fantastic customer service skills and an eye for detail and processes, she is a huge asset to us and also to our clients. Her dog Bella also brightens up the group chat on occasion!
Proactive, friendly, and just a little bit pedantic when it comes to getting the details right, Bronwyn is a real legend and software wizard.
