    Maybe it’s building your team and having time to train and up-skill new staff, maybe it’s getting yourself partially or fully off the tools, maybe it’s being able to have dedicated time every week to plan and grow the business rather than simply working in it or maybe you simply don’t have enough hours in your week to juggle everything well.

    You get access to our whole team as well as a dedicated Virtual Assistant with the full backing of their POD. So if you need 10 hours a month or more this plan is the one for you.

  • Perfect for one-off jobs and small businesses. Maybe you need an uninterrupted holiday or end of financial year help, maybe you have a big project coming up or need some training. Maybe you are new to outsourcing and just want a few hours of support each month. Get in touch with us as and when required with no pressure.

    Starting from: $99 plus GST per hour

*A minimum of ten hours of work per month is required for our monthly rate to apply. Monthly customers are invoiced on the 1st of each month for the actual time spent or package used in the previous month. Payment is due within seven days.

Some fine print

We use a time-tracking tool called Harvest to record and report hours, a summary of these hours can be sent with the invoice if requested. 

We update our clients weekly with hours used in relation to the budget set.

Invoicing is based on hours worked each week rounded up to the nearest 0.25.
