The second of our foundational values! Find out what we mean when we say we like to GATHER....
Our business is based on three very important values. In our last blog post, we talked about GROWTH and the many different ways in which we love it. This time, we’re talking about the next value that defines Released: GATHER.
Along with GIVE, these are the foundational principles that give our company its purpose and meaning. We think it’s important to know what we are about—a strong foundation supports a strong and thriving business that our people can be proud to be part of.
We aren’t hunters—we’re gatherers! This value is all about bringing together people, knowledge, and resources necessary to make Released work well for our team and our clients.
To start, we gather clients who need what we have to offer; people and businesses we know we can support with excellence. We have worked hard to make sure we are attracting and connecting with those who are the right fit for our services. Our client base has steadily grown throughout the years and we have a range of fantastic businesses that have welcomed us into their operations. Our strength lies in providing admin support for trades and service-based businesses, and that’s where our focus is. There are many such companies that need what we are providing!
Next, we gather VAs and other business support professionals to create a dream team! We have administration extraordinaires, bookkeeping experts, customer support pros, marketers, designers, and more. It’s important to us to be able to offer a wide range of skills to our clients. Released aims to be a one-stop business support shop for tradespeople and other busy business owners—and so we gather the right people to make that happen. So far, we’ve collected administrators, bookkeepers, customer care specialists, designers, copywriters, marketing whizzes, and more. We are proud of the depth we can offer.
Finally, we just plain gather. Despite our team being spread around the country, it’s important to meet and get to know each other, whether that’s in person or over zoom. We enjoy social events and celebrations.
